Murmushi People’s Development Holds Staff Meeting to Review Projects and Strengthen Internal Processes
On 1st September 2025, Murmushi People’s Development Foundation (MPDF) held a staff meeting to review recent activities and strengthen internal coordination.
The meeting provided updates on the recently completed GIZ project in Demsa, the NHF post-monitoring visit, as well as progress reports on completed and pending tasks. Staff also discussed the importance of continuous improvement and accountability in project implementation.
As part of MPDF’s organizational policy, the Compliance Officer in collaboration with the Human Resources department is developing an onboarding training program for new staff, focusing on organizational policies and procedures. The team also agreed to conduct an in-house project closure session for the completed projects to capture lessons learned and share experiences.
To improve participation, it was further agreed that weekly staff meetings will now be held on Mondays instead of Fridays. This adjustment was made in consideration of the ongoing MASI project, which has affected staff availability on the previous schedule.
MPDF remains committed to fostering teamwork, strengthening staff capacity, and ensuring transparency and accountability in all its operations.
